We provide licensed quick-commerce and retail catalogue datasets, exports, and related data products for research, analytics, and commercial use as described on this site. Live API access is offered via quickcommerceapi.com under its own product terms where applicable.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for account credentials, accurate billing details (including GSTIN where provided), and all activity under your account.

Prices are shown on product and pricing pages in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including GST) may be charged as required by Indian law and shown at checkout or on invoices. We may update list prices; the amount charged is the price confirmed at payment.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the selected product or subscription. We do not store your full card details; those are handled by the payment provider under their terms and PCI policies.

Dataset snapshots, exports, and digital entitlements are delivered electronically (download links, dashboard access, or email) after successful payment, typically within minutes and in any case within a commercially reasonable time. Delivery depends on successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

Where you purchase a recurring dataset or data plan, billing continues for the selected term until cancelled as described in your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelled plans generally remain available until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Digital dataset purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery or download access has been provided, except where required by law or where we determine a material delivery failure on our side.

If payment succeeds but delivery fails, contact us promptly and we will re-deliver or refund at our discretion after verification. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of access pending resolution.

Purchased datasets are licensed for your internal business or research use as stated in the product description or order confirmation. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish raw licensed exports without our written consent, or use the data to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Coverage, freshness, and completeness vary by platform and region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase or use of the services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or new purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for those transactions.
